We want you to be happy with every bottle. If a product is not right for you, we will refund it.
How it works
- Email support@aldanewellness.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and the product concerned.
- We refund the purchase price to your original payment method.
The guarantee applies even if the bottle is opened or empty. You do not need to send it back.

- One guarantee claim per product per customer.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method. Banks may take several business days to post them.
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us and we will make it right.
